Digital campaign targeted to those who became eligible or Medicaid as a result of COVID-19 job loss. We were navigating unprecedented circumstances, cross-promoting Medicaid and Individual/Family product lines, and had to take a new approach to imagery and copy. Results exceeded industry benchmarks.
