"Coverage That Cares" is the health plan messaging platform I helped create and execute across various channels in my role at Commonwealth Care Alliance. 

  • Validated by three quantitative research studies, including brand positioning research and concept testing.

  • Integrated across all marketing and communications to create synergy and boost CCA's recognition in both Senior Care Options and One Care products.

  • Includes a compelling visual device, "the circle of care" to reinforce the CCA logo, show rather than tell using iconography, and communicate CCA's person-centered model of care.
