Shuffle-itis and Settle-itis
Shuffle-itis was a multi-channel campaign developed at Anthem in collaboration with FCB creative agency to address a unique situation in Nevada where Medicaid members were reassigned to a new health plan and had to take action to return to their former plan.
​
Settle-its was an offshoot of Shuffle-itis to encourage Medicaid members who may be feeling complacent in their current health plan to switch during open enrollment periods.
​
Both campaigns were adapted to use in several other Medicaid markets where similar situations occurred, offering a ready-made solution to recapture displaced members or acquire new members during switch periods.
